Revit Building Services Design & Modeling
Task:
The project requirement was generation of 3D Revit Building Service Design Model as Integrated design.
Revit Architectural & MEP Software were to be utilized for working on this interesting project.
Chemionix Approach & Deliveries:
Integrated Chemionix team comprising of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing engineers studied the various 2D CAD Design generated by our client. Chemionix team was responsible for co-oridination across various disciplines for this project.
For quick project delivery all the discipline started working on this project at same stage with project co-ordination. Our architectural team generated the 3D Revit Building model along with details plan, sections and elevation drawings.
The architectural model was used as base for generating the Mechanical drawings including fire sprinklers and hydrant system. Basement plant room design was also generated by our team.
Detailed fabrication drawings along with support system were created by our team. Electrical design were for lighting layouts and conduit diagrams.
Benefit to our Client:
Chemionix integrated approach on this project lead to a unified design drawing for this project including clash detection and detailed shop drawings. Not to mention a huge saving for our client as it was outsourced to India.
