Task:
The inquiry was for Industrial engineering design & Consultancy services required for detailed Engineering design of an Industrial Plant. Challenges were designing a plant as per their existing plant standard with multi purpose plant facility. Process designs were provided to us for scale up of engineering design.
Chemionix Approach & Deliveries:
Chemionix team had detail discussion and visited existing site for understand client standard for Plant Design. Process details were studied for plant scaleup and engineering design were completed for following deliverables:
- Prepared Process flow diagram, & Material balance for each stream.
- Generating Intelligent AutoCAD P&ID drawings
- Line list, Valve list preparation
- Design of mechanical equipments
- Utility requirement design
- Equipment Layout drawings
- 3D Piping model with clash detection.
- Piping Isometric Generation (approx 900 Iso's) from the 3D Piping model
- Preparing piping GA drawings
- Electrical Engineering Design for complete plant like preparing SLD, Cable sizing & scheduling, Cable tray layouts, Lighting layouts, Emergency systems, etc..
